Water/Condensation Drip?

I've had the car for almost a year now... just got back from a 12 hour drive from the beach... my girlfriend said there was a few water drips on her legs. I got home not too long ago and partially took the glovebox out, and from further inspection it looked like condensation had built up on the underside and exterior of the vent on her side. Anyone ever experienced anything like this before? I practically had the AC on set to 70-74 Full Auto the whole drive... It did rain a few times on the way home and I had rinsed my car off right before heading home. I checked and made sure the hose on the underside of the car for the AC drain was working correctly.

Probably just normal condensation. The A/C gets so cold and it's hot outside. Just prolonged use made it build up on the inside.

It happened about three hours into the trip or so... and that's what I'm thinking too - just never had this happen before so I was a little worried. It also looked a little bit condensation-ey (whatever) on the inside of the vent... I ran the heat for a couple minutes on full blast. I'll probably run the hose over the car with it off tomorrow or something just to double check, but if anyone has any insight on this it would be very appreciated so I may sleep properly tonight.

Your drain line could be clogged up or perhaps you need to replace your cabin air filter. Your A/C unit should not be leaking condensation/water into the passenger foot well regardless of how hot and or humid it is outside.

I already checked the drain line - seems to be working well, was dripping onto my garage floor from the appropriate hose. I'll also check the cabin air filter.
