are warped rotors covered by warranty?

are warped rotors covered by warranty?
I have a 05 TL and my front rotors are warped (shaking when I brake) and I was wondering if anyone knows if this is considered "normal wear and tear" and covered by warranty?

It is not normal wear and tear and not a warranty item. Warped rotor are most often caused by hard breaking resulting in massive, fast heating of the rotors. This is usually followed by rapid cooling, not using the brake, resulting in distortion of the rotor. It might not be immediately noticable, and it gets progressively worse as the brakes are used due to the uneven surfaces.
Resurfacing the rotors is fairly inexpensive and is the usual corrective measure assuming that the rotors are not badly worn.

It'a not so non expensive to do it if i remember about $150.00, why pay when it could be free ????????????

Warped rotors are a myth. It's not actually warped, it's deposits of brake material on the rotor.

Anyway, the fixing results are the same. You can machine the rotors or buy new ones. Make sure you brake in new pads correctly, and make sure you care for your brakes properly, and this shouldn't be a chronic issue.
