VSA & ABS Indicator lights On

2 things recently happened. 1.) A friend of mine who is very well trained with cars changed my rear break pads, while doing so, the car was turned off and I was playing the radio and at that point the radio killed the battery. We jumped the car and I drove it around for about 15 minutes and left it over night. 2.) I jumped the car the next morning and accidentally mixed up the jumper cables which caused the Battery Fuse to Blow. I did buy a new battery and that is when I realized the battery fuse was blow. After replacing the fuse the car started right up, but now the VSA & ABS lights are displayed on the dash. Could it have been a sensor on one of the rear break pads that was not attached properly, or could it just be a coincidence or from the battery issue/

Hopefully it's the fuses mentioned. However, all it takes is jumping the vehicle even normally to fry the ECU especially when the battery is very dead. Reversing the battery cables is even worse for the ECU. Don't be surprised if you have to replace it.
