Vibrations.... Please help!

Sigh, here I go with another thread about my TL issues. Anyways, the transmission seems to shift a lot better now after I've adjusted the throttle cable so I'll keep it at that.
Now that's fixed, for some reason after testing this 6 times, I'm certain this vibration is happening. For some reason, when i have my foot on the BRAKE. My car idles fine, quietly and smoothly. Right when I take my foot off the brakes and let it role, I get this WAVE of vibration which I can feel in my seat and the entire car just vibrates, even while driving. It is until I put my foot on the brake pedal that it stops.

Does ANYONE know what this might be? I have a torn front compliance lower control arm bushing and I haven't replaced it and I just keep driving with it, could this be the issue? Would this be an engine mount perhaps? What do you think? My cars 158 miles right now and my passenger mount has been changed. Others have not.

try putting the car on jack stands and putting it in Drive. see if you can see anything vibrating as it does that.

Probably both... engine mounts and bushing.

Engine mounts at idle and bushing while moving.
