Vibration while accelerating-balancing fixes temporarily

Hi guys. This is a weird issue I am having. I took my car into a local sts after I felt some vibration while accelerating between 45-70 MPH. They balanced the tires and it felt better for a few days. After that it started doing the same thing so I took it back. One of my front rims had a slight bend so they moved it to the back. The car felt really good but after a few days it has reverted back to vibrating when accelerating, it doesnt do it at lower speeds but when you hit the gas and you are going above 45 it will vibrate. I read all the threads on car vibrations but no one mentioned balancing actually fixing the issue temporarily and then having it revert back to vibrating. Anyone have any ideas what the issue may ?

If the rim was hit hard enough to bend it you may have knocked the alignment of the car off. I would recommend having a 4 wheel alignment done on the car.
