Vibration when braking - not rotors

So I have a vibration when braking from 55 mph or higher. It seems as if the whole front end vibrates. Felt some of it in the petal so put on new pads and rotors. That did not fix the problem. I rotated my tires and that also did not fix it. There is also a slight jerk in feeling in the car when coming to a complete stop? Where should I look next?

Still coming through the steering wheel? Did you check the rear brakes? Your post wasn't clear about if you did front brakes only. MT or AT and what parts did you use (OE, etc...) Could be suspension but let's rule out the rear first since you could get some vib from those too when braking at those speeds.
