Valve adjusting question
i have a 05 tl and was wondering if there was any special tools needed or proceedure to follow adjusting the valves?
ive done plenty on my integras back in the day but this is a horse of a different color. thanks for any info cause i got to do something with them because there getting too noisy.

At any rate, it's unlikely that your valves have loosened enough to cause noise.
I did adjust my valves at 106K when I changed my TB. It didn't change a thing as far as I can tell. FYI, my intake valves were all loose and exhaust valves were all tight. Every single valve was at 0.010" or about 0.001" out of spec.
There are no special tools required. You do have to remove the intake manifold and will need new gaskets for it along with new VC gaskets. I also bought new spark plug gaskets, but did not use them as the old gaskets were in pristine condition.
