Vacuum Leak.. Possible? Intake mani spacer

Vacuum Leak.. Possible? Intake mani spacer
Recently installed a p2r intake mani spacer with plastic gaskets.. Everything seemed fine at first but now im getting big hesitation from 1st & 2nd gear.

How can I check if everything is okay?

Thats all I have installed. I have no other mods done.
