I recently starting hearing my car clicking when trying to start engine.
At times, i would have to continuously turn key until it started. In other words, i did get a warning that something was wrong. i have power such as lights, radio, etc. My car is 04 Acura TL with high mileage. Appox 120 k or more.
Any idea of root problem with greatly appreciated.

rule out battery !!!!!!! then get a starter.
