Trying to identify the cause of slight noise while turning

when i turn there is a slight low pitched noise that sounds kind of like rubber stretching or an old creaking door closing. I only hear it when I turn at low speeds and I can even just barely feeel it in the steering wheel when I hear it. It is not the noise of a whining power steering pump. I am familiar with this noise as i had a hole in the hose that leads to the PS pump. I also had a leak in the lower return hose. I got a new one of those and flushed out and replaced the fluid with honda only PS fluid. The steering wheel feels like it turns exactly how it should. It is not rough or hard to turn at all.

I have not had any time to take wheels off and visually inspect but i have jacked the front of the car up and turned the steering wheel with the car on and it did not make the noise with the weight of the car on the wheels. Can it be some type of bushing or CV boot. I am not familiar with minor steering components of the car. Does any have and idea of what is causing the noise? Or any parts you can name that I should familiarize myself with so i can inspect them. for the record its an 04 134K. Oh and they are not the FSB bushing i greased those not too long ago.

If the CV boots are ruptured, good chance it could be the CV joint is bad. Depending on how much you drive and the conditions, it could take weeks or even months for the noise to get worse...but if it is the CV joint it will get worse.

I changed out both the CV joints (axle half shafts) on my old civic. I'm not very mechanical but with some youtube videos and my Chiltons manual I was able to do it an under two hours. Not sure what it's like on the TL's.

I had a similar problem when clutch was engaged at low parking lot speeds and turning at almost full steering lock. After doing the following, it went away:
-power steering fluid change and o-rings on both ends of hose changed (this one probably did it)
-MAnual trans fluid changed to GM synchromesh.
