Trunk Release

My interior (driver's) trunk release button doesn't work anymore. I looked in the fusebox panel to see if it has an electrical fuse, but I couldn't find one. So my guess it is a wiring problem?

Any ideas on what the issue is and how I can go about fixing it?

Oh, and my remote trunk release still opens it. Both remotes.
