Trunk Light switch - 2 part numbers

74851-SDA-K11 LOCK, TRUNK (HANDLE+POWER+SWITCH)
2008 TL 38.97 29.23

74851-SDA-A22 LOCK, TRUNK (HANDLE+POWER+SWITCH)
2004 TL 61.57 46.18

The 2008 show both the K11 and the A22. Can I replace broken A22 with the less expensive K11?

I noticed that too, the striker is the same part number and there is no VIN markers. Order the cheaper one.

K11 seems to be specific just to the 08 model, whereas the A22 unit is valid for years 04-08.... Wonder if there is a reason...
