Transmission problem help needed!

So i own an 2005 acura to with 190k miles. When i accelerate hard or floor it from either a stop or rolling the rpms rev high but the car doesnt gain speed. Its like the clutch isnt engaging with the gears. But when driving in normal speeds and accelerating normal there is no problem. What could cause this? Also i had a blinking D a week ago im not sure if its related or not. And would changing the transmission fluid fix this issue?

You should start by pulling the code from the blinking D light, that'll tell you where to start.

if it is slipping and has a code, most likely you are going to need a new transmission and since the car has 190K on it, I would not even bother as it will cost you a pretty penny.
