Transmission lag/ shift problem (auto)
Hey all, I did a search, but did not find anything.
All of a sudden my automatic 04 TL (30k miles) is hesitating during semi-quick acceleration. Doesn't happen always. I am not talking about SS, but regular D.
A number of times I have thought it was in low gear because the car begins to lag with little power and wont find 2nd gear. I was in D each time though. Feels almost like the car is dragging something heavy.
Are there any known problems with the 3rd gen transmissions? Anyone else have this problem? Thanks.
