Question for you guys...son has an '04 TL base. When he stomps the accelerator the tranny won't shift out of first...tranny fried? Not sure when the last tranny fluid 3 x 3 was done so I know that needs to be done. I hope that fixes the issue. Would the APP sensor cause this? He most likely should change 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches too I know.

 

Wouldn't hurt to do the pressure switches and the tranny flush.
