TPMS Sensor, Car won't leave Park, car remote doesn't work, car locks on and off...
Out of nowhere, all these problems occured at ONCE.
I was coming out of the gym and saw my car headlights flashing on and off (can't remember if the brakelights were doing the same). I freaked out and ran to the car, but everything seemed fine, but then I noticed my remote wasn't working. I unlocked the car with my key, got in, turned on the ignition.
Car turns on fine, but TPMS System Error message came up (first I ever saw). Would not read any psi from the tire (just "--" for each wheel). That went in and out from normal readings to "--". Car would not leave Park as well, and brake lights were not working.
I was freaking out so I went to grab some food, came back, and the car remote still was not working. I just sat in the car wondering WTF was going on and noticed the car would "unlock" rapidly without even being provoked.
Notes:
On Monday, January 6th, I had my car tires rotated at a Pepboys when I was getting an oil change.
About a 4-6 weeks ago I manually replaced the O-ring on my power steering pump to remove a bad whining sound.
That's about it. If ANYONE can help...

The reason why your car will not shift from "park" is the same reason why your brake lights are not working. I would try disconnecting the battery for a few mins and see if that does anything.

Okay update time:
Did shift override and drove it Pep-boys. TPMS and VSA light came on the dash. At Pep-boys, I did a check-engine diagnostic, and the code that came out was P0563.
They did say that my brake-light fuse was the cause of the brake-light issue (and thusly the issue of being unable to shift from Park), so they replaced those. When I received the car, the remote worked fine, the Park and brake issue was fine, the TPMS/VSA issue was fine, and the only problem that remained was the check engine light.
I left the lot and VSA light came on. I stopped for gas, and still the remote seemed to work fine and the Park/brake issue was fine. Made another stop and parked for about 20 minutes, and when I came back out to my car, the SAME PROBLEMS persisted. Flashing lights, faulty locks, TPMS/VSA error messages, unable to brake/shift out of Park.
I went home to research P0563 and found nothing of help except that there were potentially issues with the battery. Went back to Pep-boys to run a test on the battery (not sure if that counts as "disconnecting" the battery) and it checked out fine.
Now, all problems still persist - remote key not working (and I can't manually lock the car), TPMS and VSA lights are on, TPMS System Error, Park/Brake issue.
The guys at Pep-boys suggested I take it to the dealer or an electric specialist. I don't want to go to the dealer because they've misled me before.
If anyone has any past experience or advice, please chime in!
