TL will not start
I have a 04 TL with 150k miles. I cannot get her to start. I turn the key and there is no noise(clicking). The fuel pump does seem to cycle up fine. The battery if fine. I've cleaned the terminals. All the dash lights work and the headlights (low &hi) seem to be full ilumination. I am trying to trouble shoot anything else before disconnecting the starter to have it tested. Any other guidance would be appreciated.

You may try gently tapping the starter and / or working up to banging it a little. This has worked in the past and if you are going to have to replace the starter anyway, you aren't doing any harm.

Sorry i dont have a TL myself but our family has an Odyssey which is a Honda and they're kinda similar engine so.
If you're hearing clicking i would assume battery right away. Even if it has enough juice for lights and stuff it might not be enough for the starter.
When you crank the key do the lights become dimmer for a second? If so its definately the battery. A couple times this has happened and the radio, headlights, door locks everything works until you try to crank it to start then it just goes click click click click click

Another though would be to try and start your TL with the transmission in neutral. Possibly that the ignition starter safety interlock is malfunctioning, but not likely. Might be worth a shot.

more than likely the starter. take the starter off the car bump it with the battery and some jumper cables while its off the car to see if the solenoid engages and tries to spin. or take it off and take it to advance or local parts store than can test it
