Unhappy TL Type S Fan Running After Engine Shut Off

Good Morning,
I drove my car to work this morning and when I got out, I noticed that the fan was still running. I went to get back in and make sure my heater was off and it wouldn't even crank over and everything reset like the battery died. Here's some factors:
We have been experiencing colder than usual weather up in the North State (Redding, CA); like, freezing. It was snowing last week.
I haven't driven or started the car since Friday, which isn't completely abnormal since we have 3 cars.
I have a coolant and oil leak, but when I park at a certain angle it doesn't leak. We are working on getting it into the shop but we have just been putting water in the reservoir.
I had an issue with the battery shortly after buying the car (Craigslist) when trying to program the AcuraLink system while the car was in accessory mode, about 5 minutes in I tried turning the car on and the battery was dead.
Those are all the main factors I can think of, but I am hoping someone can shed some light on what happened... I am at work now and was going to run out and check to see if the fan was still running..
Thank you in advance..

you have tons of issues. work them one by one...since you do have 3 cars, you might as well keep this one down so that YOU can work on it.
dont drive it until you get ALL the issues worked out.

you have a parasitic draw it sounds like or just an overall bad battery.. i'd test for the parasitic draw (google on how to do it) and then get a new battery if it's bad.

Definitely a parasitic draw, first thing first, I would disable AccuraLink then go from there.

Update:
i came back out later that morning and the fan was off and car started right up.. My coolant reservoir was completely bone dry so I think the car not starting was it protecting itself. I will still look into the parasitic draw and see if that is an issue but we are definitely trying to get it into the shop ASAP, it’s just the issue of money. Thank you for the info!

But the coolant resevoir doesn't have a sensor.. how would it 'know' it was dry?

It literally doesn't cost you anything to disable the AccuraLink. There are tutorial videos on Youtube on how to disable it. All you need is a 10mm (or 12mm?) socket to take the map light apart to get to the device.
