Random headlights and running lights come on when car is off, I've reground everything and narrowed the problem down to fuse 15 the acc backup when I take it out it stops , it's like a random short with clicking n blinking lights everything is off key is out of ignition just happens, my HFL is already gone any ideas ?? I have a video it womt let me upload it here though

 

re-grounding everything sounds like a mistake if you dont have the helm book.

but since you are so sure, here is fuse 15. There is only 1 thing connected to fuse 15. No headlights or running lights.
