I noticed my car doing this in the last couple of weeks. While driving and going over any bump in the road the entire car shakes and pulls side-to-side. I basically am on the verge of losing control. It is without saying very dangerous. I have a 05 TL 6MT and lowered on Eibach pro-kits on stock wheels.

Does anyone else have similar issues or know what the underlying issue could be? My front driver-side tire I noticed is low on air but the symptoms I noticed I believe may not be directly related to the low air pressure. I am getting that tire checked out in the morning as the tire appears to be leaking air.

When is the last time you had an alignment? Might be time for one.

How do you upper/lower bushings look? Jack the car up and see if there is any play in the wheel when its lifted off the ground.

Have the shop check your axles too.

 

Sounds like a bump steer issue. I would definitely see if anything has been bent out of whack (tie rods, control arms, shocks, etc). If everything looks good then i suggest getting an alignment done.

 

Bump. Having this issue too. It started a few weeks ago when I installed my H&R Springs with Ingalls rear camber kit, I thought I dialed in the rear suspension too tight. I put in Tein SS last night and put the car to near OE alignment specs. Still got this problem.

At moderately high speeds and up anytime the car hits a bump or if there is a curvy road it sways back and forth from side to side violently. It's scary as hell and I know other drivers see my car doing this. I have to hold the steering wheel super tight or the car feels like its gonna swerve out of control. The front always takes the bump fine but when the rear hits the car goes out of control.

If anyone knows what the problem here may be please post ASAP.

 

Check the Ingalls Bushings.
