No feels like the car is not driving at a consistent speed. It feels like im tapping on the gas pedal when im driving my car. I really dont know how to explain this situation. I was hoping someone has experience this problem.

Like the car has no power and feels like its about to stall? What RPM does this occur at?

It literally feels like its chugging. The RPMs stay the same. This happens at any consistent speeds.

When you say "chugging," do you mean you hear a noise like most of us picture an old-fashioned train engine making, or are you feeling something sort of like the car wants to kick back and forth slightly as you accelerate? By "kick back and forth" I don't mean the sort of problem you have when you're first learning how to drive a manual shift. I'm thinking of a problem I used to have in my old 1982 Accord when the engine was cold. Until the engine warmed up in the morning there was a weird....well, vibration isn't the right word....I'd be driving 25 mph out of my neighborhood and the car would sort of kick forward with a slightly hard slamming feeling, then run normally, then do it again....it was almost as if the car was the little rubber ball attached to a wooden paddle and someone was flicking the ball forwards. The Honda dealer could never find what the problem was.

It sounds like your problem is something different given that it happens to you on the highway, but I was curious if the symptoms were similar.

Your engine could be filled with to much oil. Or the throttle postion is bad.

No idea, I do know my 08 TL does something like what you're describing when i let off the accelarator...when its a constant speed. Sord of a stalling like if its deaccelerating...is this what you're talking about?
