Unhappy TL '04 Headliner & Airbag Replacment

Hey i'm new here and just recently got a TL but unfortunately got in a stupid accident this weekend and im looking for an estimate in what ill cost me to fix/replace the headliner and passenger side airbags. Fell asleep on the wheel and hit the sidewalk real hard and passenger side airbags deployed ripping the headliner . I know someone here most likely have had the same problem if not something similar, your help would be greatly appreciated Thanks!

Pass. roof air bag $55/up

www.car-part.com

Better check lower control arm, and if hard enough and depending on the angle, subframe also.

If you have an existing policy, many insurance companies allow you thirty days after purchase to insure a vehicle with them. If you fall in that 30-day window, call the insurer immediately.

BTW, you may be looking at replacement of various SRS sensors and control units as well as the airbags themselves; that can get complicated and pricey.

G/L, and welcome to AZ.

weird that you are able to purchase and drive a car without insurance....
it's illegal here in Texas and many other states to drive a car without insurance...

I wouldnt ever be caught without insurance, as it would have helped you out here.

I would be more worried about subframe+suspension damage than interior damage.
interior damage is superficial while subframe or suspension damage is an integral part of the car .

P.s. ive hit the curb twice. the first time incurring $15k in damages to interior and suspension+subframes.

this recent 2nd time was less, only about $5k in damages. but still FUCKED up the suspension and subframe.
both times insurance took care of it.

I would have a shop put it on a wheel alignment machine to see if suspension is straight.

What do you mean not yet because you just got the car? It's illegal to drive without insurance, there's no grace period. What happens if you hit another car and injured somebody? You'd be sued for tens of thousands of dollars...
