Today i was wondering why my car (06 Acura TL w/ AT and 123k) is making a VERY SLIGHT, "woo" sound. Like a motor running. I look by the tire and i see this horrifying image



This is from behind the drivers side Wheel.

NOW BEFORE we say its a huge tranny issue. The car is driving and Shifting fine. NO CLUNKS OR JERKS. Fluid is pink, which is how i noticed it was tranny fluid cause of the pink.

Under the hood i see a wet spot as well. Could it be leaking from somewhere up top and dripping down?

Im hoping the stuff on the WHOLE tranny is just dirt and the bottom left is only the leak. This would make sense since i dont see a huge decrease in tranny fluid level. There are never any puddles or anything when i get in the car in the morning

i believe there is a rubber return and feed line back there. You'll have to remove the airbox to get a better look.
