well i searched a diy thread to do the switchback led's for the turn siganls in my 05 tl on another members thread. This member also had a 05 tl like me and in this thread the member posted the bulb size needed for the switchbacks.....however either he/she did not mention that they did a 08 tl-s headlight conversion to their 05 or i just read over it

long story short i spent 60 dollers on "1157" bulb's for the 08 tl-s when i need the "7443" bulbs for my 05

is their anyway of converting the harness or something? if so where do i get this? any help is much needed..it would suck to loose 60 dollers for a stupid mistake

 

I dont know if there is a way of converting the harness, but you could always sell those lights and get you a new set.

haha it really does look similar..i think i will sell, but i just got to my 30 posts so im not too sure if i can sell on the black market yet

 

hey question, how do u get rid of the amber reflectors from the 05 tl headlight, because i have an 05 tl also

 

Return them and get the right bulbs or post some comments and get you post count high enough to BM the stuff.
