Exclamation Switchback Problem, but only when Headlights are on

Hi guys,

Installed some switchbacks tonight and ran into a very odd problem. When the headlights are off (only DRL's on), the turn signals run perfectly.

However, when I use the signal with the headlights ON, the LED's do NOT change from White to Amber - the White portion of the LED stays on, while the Amber portion blinks very dimly - so dimly that you can barely tell that it's blinking.

Has anyone run into this issue or have any idea what might be wrong?

Just for reference this happened before and after I did the turn signal relay resistor mod, so I know that's irrelevant.
Thanks guys

I think i agree - i can't find any other example of a switchback doing that. Contacted the vendor to try to get a replacement. I actually am not convinced that I like the look now anyway...maybe if I went all white in the front, but i love yellow fogs.
