Angry Suspension Kit

04 TL Automatic - Stock Suspension
Snapped my drivers side axel . Got the axel out and ready to replace. But noticed that the suspension ball joint/tie rod/sway bar all could use a refresh. Anyone know if this kit is worth spending the money on?

Use OEM parts for except you know the aftermarket is better than OEM. like Moog ball joint, other than that I would say use OEM all the way.

OEM from Acura will kill the wallet. Thanks for the tip about the Moog, I will go this direction. Found this kit on their site Moog-PackageDeal248 - Front End Steering Pack made by MOOG

Don't replace the whole lca's like in that first kit. Just replace the bushings that need it (probably just compliance bushing needs it).

Only replace the parts that need it. Do you really need everything in that kit? I really doubt it. Spending money on parts that don't need to be replaced is a waste of money.

I would only replace what's needed with OEM, but that's just me. It a a little more money but worth it in the long run IMO.

Here's OEM prices taken from delray. I bet you only need half this stuff. You probably don't need inner tie rods, lca bushings except for compliance, upper ball joints, etc. Maybe I'm wrong.. I haven't seen your car but it would be surprising if you needed all of that replaced and hadn't noticed until you were under your car replacing the axle.

Outer tie rods - $38.81 x2 = $77.62
Inner tie rods - $55.03 x2 = $110.06
end links - $17.45 x2 = $34.90

LCA bushings
compliance - $29.98 x2 = $59.96
shock absorber - $16.52 x2 = $33.04
arm - $23.65 x2 =$47.30

upper ball joint & arm - $59.88 x2 = $119.76
lower ball joint - $68.83 x2 = $137.66

Total $620

Good luck with whatever you decide!
