I have a 2007 TL with navi. Love the car so far, but there's a rattling noise coming from the sunroof area. It gets worse when the moon roofcover area is open. Took it into the dealer twice. The first time they said they couldn't duplicate the noise. The second time we rode along with a tech, and he said he heard it. They couldn't figure it out though. Took apart the sunroof, lubed it up, but the rattling persisted.

Anyone else come adross this problem?

oh yea...ve had every problem the car can have...they need to replace your sunshade..

When open and when i braked it would shut and there was a rattle...also there are a couple of clips that may be damaged at the rear of the sunrof opening...if you press on them you can hear the velcro noise...those would need to be replaced as well...



i just got my car back from the dealer yesterday...let me know if you have any issues
