Steering Wheel Vibration at Idle

Hi All,

I have a problem with my 07 type S. I have a pronounced vibration in my steering wheel when I come to a complete stop at a traffic light.

I did a search on the forum and have narrowed it down to a few things possibly.
Dirty air filter? Which I'm not sure is really the problem because I had my B1 done recently and the dealership didn't mention anything.

Broken motor mount? My car has about 49k miles on it ... is this even possible to break so soon? And will it be covered under warranty if it is broken. I have yet to get under the car and see if any of them are leaking its just so cold I dont feel like laying on the garage floor.

Very low idle? I would think in a car like the TL the idle is managed by a computer but I dont even know how to check something like this. It seems to be idling at the same rpm that it use to when the car was new.

Any input on what you guys think the problem is, and what I should go about doing to fix this. Please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

Most likely the Hydraulic motor mount. Honda's are known for mounts to go out.

Thank you for the response vovka, I was leaning towards the mount as well ... would something like this be covered under warranty as I feel that 48k miles is very low for a mount to go. From my previous experience with Honda, I feel that most mounts tend to fail around 100k

If it is a motor mount I put my money on the rear mount. OP do you notice the RPM's fluctuating at all in idle? If so, it could be a vac leak.
