steering wheel shaking, balance or alignment problem?

Hi, recently my steering wheel starting to shake at low speed (20-40mph), once i hit 60 the shaking/rattle stops. I just want to know if its a balance issue or an alignment problem. Thanks in advance.

Could be either .. but the rattle is what would make me nervous .. get them both checked and the suspension checked too.

If you swap one front wheel to the same side on the back then drive it you can tell if its that wheel or not ,, then try the front to back on the other side.

If still not then its suspension or alignment. Usually alignment doesn't cause a shake.

most certainly might be either the wheels require rebalancing or check your sidewalls you might have a bubble
