Steering wheel MID buttons don't work.

Has this happened to anyone? My MID (multi-information display) buttons on the bottom right side of my steering wheel have all of a sudden stopped working.

Now, i'm unable to scroll the menus, press 'ok' when i'm low on gas, check my oil percentage, etc.

Has this happened to anyone else? My cruise control/volume buttons are working fine, but this doesn't.

How do I go about fixing this issue?

Well first go out and buy a multimeter. They are cheap $20 will get a decent one. After that get a torx bit and unscrew the steering wheel airbag. This will show you all of the connections for your steering wheel. Test the wires going to the side of your controls if they are reading fine then in is a problem with the actual switches if you are not getting any power to the switches then something is up maybe a shredded wire somewhere in the steering column or somewhere else.

rick case acura fed me some nonsense that my the copper ring connector between my steering wheel was the culprit. charged me an arm and a leg for it.

i swear, rick case acura is the worst dealership i've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Are you complaining because Rick Case did not fix the problem, or because of the priced they charged? is your problem fixed? what was it?
