I did perform a search prior to this and couldn't find anything.

When navigating a parking garage that I use daily for work I notice a noise coming from the steering wheel, almost like air or a vacuum. It is really odd and the steering wheel is somewhat fighting me, nothing hard or anything but it is extremely annoying. This always happens when I make left hand turns with the steering wheel fully to the left and going around 10 mph. I don't recall this happening on other cars I have driven. Any ideas? Thanks.

Could be the power steering pump leaking. Sometimes the sound could be ''normal''. Mine was change and the power steering liquid tank also.

 

Hmm, good to know. It also happens when parking. Next time I bring the car in for service I will mention it, thanks for the reply.
