steering issues

hi everyone new the acurazine but not to acura's. anyways got a small issue at hand. i just installed new tires on my 06 tl and im having an issue with the car pulling to the right. i had it aligned and still the same. the tech showed me the specs on the alignment and it fell well within. he says possibly rack/pinion is bad. but i got no noises from that area and steering is smooth. only other thing i can think of is tie rods or his machine isnt calibrated well (doubtful). help is very appreciated. thanks!

Move the front tires to the rear and vice-versa to see if the pull is tire/wheel related. If the pull changes or disappears, there's a problem with the wheels/tires rather than the suspension/steering/alignment.

Do the alignment specs your car is using match those in the shop manual or in threads about alignment here?
