I have 193, xxx and it started to not respond when turning the key intermittently. It didn't click-just shows "Check Charging System" in yellow I had tests ran and all looked good so I replaced it with a Carquest/Advanced Auto lIfetime $155.99 $46.00 Core Charge -see pic. I also replaced my battery with a WalMart $49.99 585 Amp battery. Factory spec is 550 Amp. This thing really fires up now!
You can always get the oem starter rebuilt instead of replaced with aftermarket. Or just buy a new 1 from Honda (and wait 10+ days for them to find one for 6mt), which is what I did last year.

on my 2007 acura TL base, the carquest/advance auto website shows it as a remanufactured version. It essentially is the OEM but remanufactured with a better warranty.

Most aftermarket remanufactured starters come a great warranty, most lifetime, but the starters are usually of poor quality.

I’ve had them fail after +/- 1 year on previous cars I had. Gave up on aftermarket starters and alternators after that. Warranties don’t cover labor or your car being down due to a warrantied part. At that point I would pay double if I had to for better quality and my car to not be down.
