Squealing sound under the hood on the passenger side
Started 2 weeks ago, I started to get this squealing sound from the right side of the engine. Cant hear it from the front of the car. The noise appears when idle and also under 1k rpm which goes away hight than 1k rpm. The sound sounds like the noise from cicada. I had researched before I started this thread, but couldn't find anything that is similar. My friend who's a machanic doesn't think it's heat shield loose bolt.
Anyone has the same noise as me. 04 tl with 109k. T-belt and water pump were done 10k miles ago.
Appreciate for the help guys!!

the overexplainer
take the drive belt off and start her up for a short time to see if the sound goes away.
you could take the drive belt off and spin the tensioner pulleys by hand if you dont want to start it. If it feels rough or not smooth then it could just be the pulleys.

Forgot to put down that the drive belts and tensionor were
replaced along with t-belt and water pump. And I sprayed the silicon spray on the pulleys, but didn't cure the noise
