was there ever a solution to this? My brembos squeak when i first start to drive my car. It stops after about 6-7 stops (must be after the brakes get to normal temp?)

I couldn't agree with you more. To expect a set of front brakes to maybe last 16k miles, with a whole lot of dusting to boot, contributes to a very high cost of ownership.

Obviously Brembo has contributed mucho bucks to this charade in an attempt to promote their brand. Aftermarket is going on next time, and it won't be Brembo's.

Acura Service Bulletin 04-019 dated 20 Jan 2007. If you still have a warranty it's covered. They will refinish both front brake discs including brake pads. No warranty, expect to get raped. DIY, pay 40 bucks for the Brembo Brake Grease: P/N 08798-9027.

I finally solved the squealing brakes on my 2004 6MT after 93,000 miles.

On my first pad replacements at about 40,000 miles I purchased to Hawk Ceramics to reduce the dust and get rid of the squeal, but the Hawk Ceramics also squealed.

On my second set of front pads at 93,000 miles I went for the current OEM pads which have been improved over the original pads that came with the car. I purchased them on-line for about $150 including shipping. Finally, after 6 years the brake squeal is gone. I will gladly trade a little extra dust to get rid of the squeal.

I have this issue too but i just got out of warranty 2 months ago.. my brakes dont need to be replaced anytime soon as they have at least 80% left. I've noticed the squeak when the brake pedal is pressed completely after the car is going at lower speeds.. So the brake grease is the fix?

I went through front Brembo pads in 29k miles (mostly city driving). Put on a set of Satisfied Ceramic pads and no more squeaks or brake dust. Still on that same set at 88k miles...

Just use brake grease. You don't have to buy the Brembo brake grease. A good quality synthetic brake grease is cheaper and stops the squealing too. Real easy DIY job.

i got the squeal too, but it's all speeds pretty much,, there's pad left on them,, mechanic told me, even tho there's still some meat left on em,, it looks my brake indicators are slightly touching the rotors,, he told me to bend them back just a little bit so they still work when i REALLY have to replace the pads..... i haven't done what he said yet,, but i am interested in this brake grease solution...

do you have to take the caliper off to spray directly onto the pad? or just spray down into them while on the rotor still?

No, it's actually grease not a spray. All you have to do is to take out the two pins that's holding the pads in and slide the pads out. Do one pad at a time. Take off the shim and spread some brake grease on the back of the pad and shim, put them back in and done. Less than 30 minutes to do the front. Did this two days ago and everything is quiet now.

Okay, don't flame or rip me but has anyone tried CRC disc brake quiet?

Before they used shims on the pads to quiet them years ago you would have to spray this sticky shyt on the pad backing plates and let it tack up before installation of the semi-metalics pads when they first came out or the customers would be back for sure with squeak complaints. After a while the brake pad manufacturers put little blister packs of the equivalent stuff in the boxes with the pads until they figured out good shims to quiet the vibration.
My ex's g35 used to squeak no matter what I tried when I put new hawk ceramic pads and rotors.
A last ditch effort I pulled the pads out and sprayed them and reinstalled and it was good for the last 5 months before I moved out.
Worth a shot, won't hurt anything and you can still buy that sticky snot spray in most auto part stores.
