Squeaks and more SQUEEEEEAKS!

Squeaks and more SQUEEEEEAKS!
So,
My 05 TL AT...
Squeak #1 - squeaks during acceleration. I just had the brakes dones so it's not that and it was also squeaking before they were replaced. It's annoying, sounds like i need brakes but it's not that loud as metal touching metal. I had the dealer look into it to no avail.
Squeak #2 - Both rear doors "SCREEEEECH" when you open them. They've been lubed with everything other than ASTROGLIDE! It's all a temporary fix. The dealer tells me the rubber seals around the bar in the middle of the door needs to be replaced??
I've officially been nicknamed "SQUEAKY"
Any ideas\tips?
