A SPEC Body Kit Fit

I've got a 2006 A SPEC TL and I noticed that on the right rear corner the body kit does not fit as tight to the body of the car as it does in other places. Basicly there is some gap showing, I'll try and get a pic. I would assume this can be fixed by the dealer.
Here is my list of items to be fixed on a brand new 2006 TL.
1.I found a scratch on the trunk deck on inspection.
They are going to replace the entire trunk.
2.Drivers window will not Auto Up or Down. Passenger works fine.
3. Window tint job is crap. Found cut marks on two different windows. Going to ask for a complete redo.
I guess your going to find some stuff on a new car.
Oh well.
Merry Christmas !!

I have the kit and had the same problem when I first got my car. The front kit is only held on with 3m tape and they said it is not going to be a pefect fit. They are two plastic pieces and they will never fit exactly.

i just installed mine and the fit is perfect. but i was wondering about 2 things that came up during the install.
i didnt bother doing them, it seemed pointless & everything came out great

1- whats the point of the front covers?
2- why the hell did the directions say to drill a 10mm hole on the back side?
