I actually have the PCD's
and yes, I upgraded to the PCDs because I thought I had an exhaust leak as well.

I actually had a real exhaust leak.
A misaligned gasket or something, I dont remember how I fixed it or when.
BUt I still upgraded to the PCDs!!

That I broke them on purpose so I can get the High Performance Parts!

I thought that might be it so I bought the new Jpipe and it didn't help.

Now i am waiting on the HFPC to come in!

Well I just installed the HFPC and the sound is gone.
