Something wrong with switching gears and weid sound!

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has experienced with the TLs switching gears. I drive a blue TL-S 5AT and noticed that it feels real bad and noticable when it switches gears. I could feel it change it doesn't feel smooth. It happens both when I drive in automatic or manual mode. Does this happen to any other TLs out there? Is there something wrong? And also my car makes this cringing noise or something .. will record and tell you. I've only got 77xxx km and wondering if it's the timing belt. It comes from the hood so I don't really know what it is. Help please!

You are a new member so I'm sure you aren't terribly familiar with the search function. Now would be a good time to get acquainted with this feature, seeing as 5 AT problems are abundant with the TL. I have a 6MT, so I am not well versed in 5 AT, but I do know there are 2 pressure switches that can be replaced that give many problems due to becoming dirty.

Many trans issues possible, you need to record the noise and post or provide a way better description of when and what. Search using google with acurazine in search as the acurazine search sucks.
