Some Problem 3rd Pressure Solenoid Coil?
Sup guys
couple weeks ago i was having some problem with my 04 Acura tl
D was flashing (only came on 2 times in 2 weeks)
AC would run hot (Sometimes hot sometimes cold)
the guage above the nav flashed and went dim on me sometime.
So I took it to dealer and they said it was the cable running from battery to alternator and starter so they replaced for $250.
After 1 week of driving i noticed that day my AC was running hot (I fixed by turning on and off and worked for 5-10min)
later that night while driving i noticed d flashing for the whole trip but ac was fine this time.
So back to dealer this time they saying its the "3rd clutch solenoid coil" Is this same thing as the 3rd pressure switch on the trany?
I want to do it myself this time if its what i think it is because i don't want to pay again. You think i can get some money back from what they did on the first repair because that wasn't the problem

HOLY SHIT are you kidding me... $250 for some copper wires?!?! You could've done the Big 3 upgrade for 20% of that man! I would've stayed clear away from that dealership if they charged me $250 for some cables, they're not even 0 gauge wire!!! at least with the Big 3, you would've had some better grounds, better quality wires.
Sorry I couldn't help with the problem but I was flabbergasted when I read that.
