Sluggish fill up

I've been chasing this problem for a little bit and it seem's like the problem is getting worse as time passes. Basically what happens is after i fill the car up it is sluggish, the car doesn't have as much power. It does not feel like it want's to shut off just very slow until i get like half a tank or quarter of the tank, then it seems to act normal. My thought is the fuel pump but just want to get some insight. The car is 2007 Acura Tl Auto, 154xxx miles. Seafoamed didn't work, thinking of changing the fuel pump just incase but don't want too spend a lot of money for nothing.

You might want to do a search, someone just recently here had a similar problem, unfortunately I do not remember what the resolution turned out to be.

Edit: I found the other thread:

Fuel grade isn't the issue here.
