Has anyone else noticed a slight draft coming from the drivers side airbag while driving? I haven't noticed it but my wife who drives 95% of the time said something about it the other day. I chuckled but figured I'd ask because anytime she's noticed small stuff like this and I disregarded it there actually ended up being an issue.

 

Could be air blowing through the driver's side vent My Accord does it. Try driving with the recirculation on, see if it makes a difference.

 

Air could be coming from the dash vents or the windshield defrost vents.
The dash vents can be repositioned to direct air away from the driver to see if that stops the draft.
Switch to dash or footwell vents only mode to see if the air is coming through the defrost vents.

The "Recirculate" function will not stop the air flow if the climate control fan is on-- the fan will just blow air from inside instead of outside.

 

^ I think Aman is saying to turn off the air but leave the "recirculate" on. In the 2nd gen, this stops any type of draft through the vents while the air is off.

 

:yup: I meant recirculate on with climate control off. This should stop any air flow.
