Side Skirt Issue

There are 4 screws behind the front wheel and in front of the back wheel (use a 90 degree Phillips screwdriver for the rear -there's no need to remove the wheel). There are some plastic push clips under the car (3), then slide the front part forward, and rear part backwards. Once the pieces are off the car, take all the plastic clips (they will be visible now) out of the metal of the car, reinstall them in the plastics, and reassembly is the reverse of the above procedure.
Here's the procedure (PDF):

Lastly, when reinstalling (my A-Spec skirts were rattling against the body driving me nuts, but I fixed the rattle finally) the parts, the rubber squares around the clips become squeezed and are no longer usable. I used vinyl camper tape (at Home Depot) which is thick and makes a nice buffer against the body to avoid rattles (don't get too thick a tape), put the pointy part of the clip through a square of tape and you've just made a new spacer. Do this with the plastic clips under the car as well, with the camper tape between the underside of the car and the plastic clips. It makes for a very secure installation.
The whole job shouldn't take more than 40 minutes taking your time.
I do have one more suggestion...see if you can slide the 2 pieces toward each other- I wonder if you can simply slide them together and theres a missing plastic clip under your car- that would fix this in a minute or 2.

Yea, you must be missing some push clips underneath (only way that can happen). The 2 pieces should lock together as well. (make sure they are slid together & are flush, I believe the rear slides into the front). If your lucky you won't have to unbolt anything. I either use a stubbie craftsman or a phillips bit from a drill & turn it with an adjustable wrench. Good luck on the fix
