Side mirror malfunction

i have a 2004 Acura TL base model, when trying to reverse sometimes the mirror does not move or has a malfunction that does not want to move unless forced. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

failing motor for the mirror, it's about $60 dollars for a new one and about 20 minutes to replace.
