Shaking

From 20 to the next gear I feel shaking and I don't know what it could be. I have had it for a while now. I know it
Could be the tranny and I was wondering if this is a common issue and what I could do for it.

is the whole car shaking or the steering? Does the RPM gauge rise up rapidly and then lower when the gear changes occur? It could be a bunch of things, need more info!
