Service for steering rattle and >50mph vibration

My TL Type-S is 4-weeks old today, and I dropped it off at Acura this morning to have them look into the annoying rattle coming from the steering column and the more annoying vibration I get on most roads when I'm going over 45 or 50 mph. Will let you know what they say...

Fixed!

Steering wheel rattle is gone. "Cause: Loose connection".

Vibration when over 50 mph seems to be gone too. "Wheel/tire, four - balance."

Much happier now!

Still a little surprised that a brand new $39k car would have these kinds of issues though.

Welcome to the forums.
Glad the problems were fixed. Your TL's stats will neutralize another TL's 0 defects on the JD Power Initial Quality; even the top rated cars had almost one problem per car on average, and higher price does not equate to trouble-free (see Hyundai, Honda, Toyota versus BMW, Mercedes...).
Besides, it could be worse-- a co-worker got a new Mercedes that had a seat heater fail in the "on" position in the first week of purchase, then had a transmission fluid leak all over the garage floor due to a bad pan gasket within two months of purchase, before the electronic gremlins started in on the radio/communications systems...

Interesting, I just noticed that they also rotated my wheels. I scratched my right-front while parallel parking, and I just noticed the scratch is now on the right-rear instead.
