Seat heater problem

I did some search on the forum but couldn't find much or a way to troubleshoot this problem yet.

2007 TL
On the passenger side the seat back doesn't seem to heat up, curious if anyone else has this problem or some ways to troubleshoot it.

The passenger seat has a sensor in it, to see if there is a person of sufficient weight to deploy the airbag...if you need a sensor for your car to tell you if someone is in the DRIVERS seat at the time of collision, your car was made by ACME!!LOL

What I mean is if the passenger has no seat heater back because the airbag then what is different on the Driver side it also has a side airbag but it does have a seat back heater.
