Passenger seat fuses are 13 (recline) and 17 (slide). This is all in your owner's manual, page 248. Quite likely, fuse 17 is blown, 20A.

Did you try replacing fuse 17 with a new 20A fuse just to be sure?

If not a fuse, it could be:

1. bad motor
2. bad switch
3. loose connection (be sure to check all of the connectors under the seat, there are 3 of them I think)
4. broken/shorted wire
