screws and clips for splash shield

Hi!

I was under my car changing oil this weekend and noticed few clips and screws are missing on what I think is call splash shield at the front of under the engine bay. I found it in the manual on page 20-143, but it doesn't specify the part numbers. And there seem to be two different fasteners. One with the Phillips head and one flat plastic top (see pics attached). Can someone help with either part number for those or a name/link so i can buy and replace them?

Thanks!

www.acuraoemparts.com or www.oemacuraparts.com

you will then have to investigate to find the diagrams to find the part # to order.

I'm still confused about the phillips head screws (top of my original image). the hole in the metal behind the plastic shield is way too big for the screw to work there. that screw is not shown on the diagram, but is mentioned in the manual. it seems like it would be this screw:
Amazon Amazon

but i can't see how it would work in that location. i think i'll just try to use the plastic clips everywhere...
