Scratches all over b/c of dealer

This has happend recently, when i took my TL for an oil change, and the car comes out go home, and see see scratches all over my trunk, and on the back off the small antena ontop of the roof. I tell acura what is this, they said they did not do it. I even told them not to get my a carwash but they still did.

I had this problem before when I had an RSX-S. Make sure they write down "Do not wash" on the paperwork before they start working on it. Once it's done before I even start it up I do a full inspection on it, check for scratches, the parts they replaced, even down to the oil filter. They once cracked my windshield and had them replace it. They once used their own oil and the oil I used was sitting in the passenger seat. When I told them do not wash my car and saw they wrote it down on the paper, they did it anyway and it had a lot of marring. I demanded they detail it for free. They did and it turned out great! Don't let them get by on things or else they will continue to try to get over on you.

What are you doing at the dealer? Change your own oil. All the dealer will ever do is rip you off and fuck up your car.

Free detail= more time to fuck things up. So don't even ask.

If you have money to waste at the dealer start doing more mods.

218-you might have a difficult time with this if you don't tell them about it right away (like before you drive off the lot). Hopefully, they'll take your word for it and it won't be your word against theirs.

I came in for power steering hose and wiper blade motor recall (happy to get those done) but came out with some extra scratches from the FREE car wash too. I'm not sure what they use to wipe the cars down.

It is not what they dry the car with, but the brush they use to wash it. Instead of using a wash mit or sponge they use a brush on a stick and the brush scraches the soft paint Acura uses really easy.
